The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has hands-on experience in framing, remodeling, or carpentry, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: -Assist in framing, remodeling, and general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects -Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively -Follow blueprints, measurements, and instructions from supervisors -Maintain a clean and organized job site -Collaborate with other crew members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met -Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations Qualifications: -Prior experience in carpentry, framing, remodeling, or general construction -Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions -Knowledge of tools, materials, and basic construction techniques -Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability -Willingness to learn and follow directions on-site
